Bandit properties is a rent to serviced accommodation business, meaning we rent properties from landlords and turn them into serviced accommodation. This guarantees the landlords rent for a contracted period under a management agreement that is mutually beneficial for both parties. Many landlords choose to work with companies such as ourselves as it is much less hands-on and reduces void periods in their properties. It’s a service that puts more money in your pocket whilst also taking away the usual hassle that most landlords face these days.
